This page is for Contract Hire customers who have a maintained agreement which started after January 2026. You can check if you have a maintained agreement by referring to your contract.
If you’re not a Contract Hire customer you can’t manage your service booking here, and should instead refer to your contract paperwork.
If you have a maintained Contract Hire agreement with us, which would have started after January 2026, you can book a MOT or service online.

- Once you have booked your service online, you will receive an email confirmation and your dealer may get in contact with you if necessary.
- If you would like to make an amend to your booking, you can do so by following the link in your booking confirmation email. In some cases, you may have to cancel your original booking and book a new one.
- When you book, you can choose up to three dates for your appointment. If none of your chosen dates are available, you will be sent alternative dates via email.
